It's shaping up to be a pretty amazing game. Let's just hope it lives up to its expectations...

ha dont waste your money on ps3! xbox 360 is way better!! and on xbox it will come with extras that ps3 wont have. but u will have to download them. and xbox paid like $50,000,000 for it so it should be a great addition that ps3 wont have. hahaha i sold like a salesperson lol but yea dont get ps3!!

It isn't coming out for PS2 Vette - sorry. It is coming out for PC however the release date will be a few months after PS3/Xbox 360.

I don't think it's going to be great to be honest. The graphics aren't as amazing as other next gen console titles, there's no planes, it's only a city - no other settings as in San Andreas. And speaking of SanAn, IV is going to be smaller.

Yes, Rockstar is apparently making a new series exclusively for PS3. But as history as shown, Rockstar's other projects are rarely as successful as GTA...

By now it's not development issues that are causing the delays. it would have to be packaging and dispencing to stores. The reason it takes longer for a game to be developed for a ps3 is the fact that they have to be programmed to run on 6 of the PS3's custom built 8 core processor cores.

Unlike the significantly easier job of developing for the old pc equivelant processors found in the Xbox 360.

However i am a keen believer of PS3 and Xbox 360 fans uniting under on banner that says... Wii sucks...

Meh i've played both censored and unsensored versions of GTA San Andreas. there isn't much difference.

Only thing that was censored in San Andreas was "Hot Coffee". According to this article, though, GTA IV will have numerous things censored from it for Australia.

It's out today. Perfect score on IGN AND Gamespot. That's unheard of. I don't even remember the last time IGN or Gamespot gave a game a 10. Ocarina of Time? This game is going to be fucking amazing. I'm getting it tonight.

Yeah, and MADD is up in arms over the fact that you can drive drunk. It's kind of silly, considering Saints Row had the same thing (along with being able to drive high) and they didn't say anything then. They actually asked Take Two to stop distribution out of "respect" and lose millions of dollars.

It isn't even glorified. The game advises against it the first time you go to a bar, you're clearly impaired, and the cops chase after you if they see you. If anything, the game teaches the consequences. The first time I tried it, I rammed right into a police car and got arrested by 3 cops.

rented it last night and played it all night!!! its sooo much fun and the graphics are AMAZING!!! ahhhh i love this game lol!!!

The immersion in the game is ridiculous. There is so much stuff you can do, and it feels like a living breathing world. If you get bored of the main story mode (which is awesome), you can do countless side missions, go on dates, hang out with friends and get drunk at the bar, do vigilante missions for the cops, hop online, or just drive around and chill while listening to the various radio stations. At times, there is so much stuff to do it feels overwhelming.

I buying it after I get my next paycheck.

Well I've found that motorcycles are freaking suicidal in this game. I was taking Brucie to the strip club, to try to get him to like me more, and decided to take a motorcycle for a change of pace. On the way to, we almost get killed when I run into some car at at least 40 mph and fly 15 feet into the air. Somehow, we survived. All goes well after I decide to be more careful, but when I'm almost at his house on the way back, I run into some crazy taxi driver and we both fall off again. It didn't look like that bad of a fall, but Brucie got KILLED. Friends respawn though, after a day or so. Needless to say, my friendship with him went down.

I did that with Roman, actually. I was driving down the street to his house, nailed a car and we both died. He called me the next day and mentioned just getting out of the hospital but wanted to go drinking with me, lol.

hahahaha yea i remember going drinking with roman lol. the cops tried to pull me over lol b/c they knew i was drunk lol. and yea online is amazing BUT it is soooo unorganized!!! they really need to work with that!!! like sum teams will have like 6 ppl and the other team has like 4. that sucks lol!!!

I've found that my old method of getting drivers to stop in GTA by running in front of their cars now often results in injury.

And lost phone calls.

hahahaha yea that makes me sooo mad!!!! then when like try to chase down a car and it takes forever to catch up to on foot!!! and when ur just randomly walking in the road looking for a car to jack and all the sudden this car comes out and nails u lol.

Its a wonderful game but I'm missing something.

Co-op free mode!

When having two other brothers who want to play it aswell I'm playing the game for like an hour a day (busy person)

It's a great game..tho when I first got it thought hey this is amazing but online....well I still think COD4 can't be beaten.

I'd rather play 2 hours on COD4 then GTA4 online. But the single player is ace. Lot's in it too.
