Mine didn't die.

mine never red lighted, it just froze, refused to work and scratched disks

Then the evil support guy decided it was impossible for me to have an IQ of more than 5, and was a condescending bitch for the rest of the conversation. He wouldn't answer Q's (more than likely because he lacked the answers) and told me that what I was saying happened was impossible. I asked if he was calling me a liar, he said no, that makes no sense DUCHE BAG!!!
